What's the difference between PPC management and a fully managed PPC service?
In practice, most agencies use these terms interchangeably. What matters is that we handle everything end to end: strategy, setup, creative input, optimisation, and reporting, without you needing to get hands-on with the platforms. That's how we work at PEAK. Your team becomes ours, and we handle the execution.
How involved do we need to be day-to-day?
As involved as you want to be. Some clients want weekly calls and visibility on everything, others prefer a lighter touch with a monthly review. Every client has a direct communication channel, so you're free to use it as much as you like.
What do you need from us to get started?
Access to your existing ad accounts and analytics, if you have them, and some context on your business and customers. Anything else will be discussed as part of your onboarding.
Who actually owns our ad accounts, you or us?
You do. Your accounts, your data, your assets. If you ever decided to leave, you'd take everything with you. That's how we work.
Do we need a big budget to work with you?
here's no fixed minimum, but there is a point where a budget is too small to learn anything useful from. You end up with data that's too thin to optimise against. We'll always discuss this as part of the onboarding process.
How long before we see results?
It depends on what "results" means for your business. Search campaigns can show signal within weeks because you're capturing existing demand. Paid social usually takes longer to find its footing, since you're often building demand rather than just meeting it, and creative testing takes time to settle.
Our last agency just sent us a monthly dashboard, and nothing else. Is that normal?
It shouldn't be. A dashboard tells you what happened, not why, or what we're doing about it. We'd rather have a proper conversation each month: what worked, what didn't, and what we're testing next, than leave you to interpret the numbers on your own.
What's the difference between a paid media agency and a digital marketing agency?
Digital marketing covers a broad mix of services, including SEO, email, content, social, and paid media, often under one roof. A paid media agency like Peak focuses specifically on paid advertising: Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn. We've deliberately kept our focus narrow because we think specialists deliver special results.
Do we need to provide our own ad creative, or can you produce it for us?
Either is fine. If you have an in-house team, hand us finished creative and we'll advise on formats and what performs on each platform. If not, our creative strategy service covers concepts, copy, and direction built specifically for paid performance rather than general brand content.
We've been burned by an agency before. How do we know you're different?
Honestly, you don't, not until you've worked with us. What we'd say is that most bad agency experiences come down to a lack of transparency: vague reporting, no one explaining why something isn't working, and account managers who disappear. We try to fix that by being straightforward about performance, good or bad, and keeping you close to the actual work rather than a polished summary of it.
